As these treatments are processed by a 3rd party company, please allow 2-4 weeks for us to send the fabric and for it to be returned back to us.

Fabric samples will be sent out within 48 working hours.
We are happy to supply as many samples as customers want. All samples are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, this service will not be tracked and may take upto 7 working days. Samples will be resent after 8 working days should they not arrive. Samples are non refundable. Should you require a faster service select the Expedited option at the checkout.
Jumbo fabric samples will be charged accordingly, usually the size is 135cm x 20cm. You can choose the delivery service at the checkout.
Our standard 2-3 day delivery charge is £10.99 applies to all orders received, regardless of weight or quantity and applies to deliveries made within the UK.
Customers living outside the UK can order cushions directly online and the shipping costs to your country will be automatically calculated, enabling an easy checkout.
Any customs charge or duty is not included & the customer will be liable to pay.
Cushion orders outside the UK will be sent without the fillings as this can help in reducing the delivery cost. You should be able to buy the inserts locally.
Cushions are handmade to order and will be dispatched within 10 working days.
