You can choose to have your fabric treated to the following options:

  • Domestic Flame Retardant - Conforms to BS5852
  • Soil & Stain - Perfect for small spills within the home
  • Contract Crib 5 - Conforms to BS5852 for the commercial and hospitality interior

As these treatments are processed by a 3rd party company, please allow 2-4 weeks for us to send the fabric and for it to be returned back to us.

Please note that sample requests are delivered free of charge Worldwide unless otherwise stated.

Fabric samples will be sent out within 48 working hours.

We are happy to supply as many samples as customers want. All samples are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, this service will not be tracked and may take upto 7 working days. Samples will be resent after 8 working days should they not arrive. Samples are non refundable. Should you require a faster service select the Expedited option at the checkout.

Jumbo fabric samples will be charged accordingly, usually the size is 135cm x 20cm. You can choose the delivery service at the checkout.

Our standard delivery charge is £10.99 applies to all made to measure curtain orders received, regardless of quantity and applies to deliveries made within the UK.

Customers living outside the UK can order made to measure curtains directly online and the shipping costs to their particular country will be automatically calculated. This will enable quick checkout & payment.

Any customs charge or duty is not included & the customer will be liable to pay.

Made to measure curtains will take on average 3-6 weeks to make. After your order of a curtain we will email you a confirmation and go through all the specifications prior to making your order. At this stage you can still amend the order.

Any potential delays, customers will be informed as soon as possible.

 

How to measure my curtains?

Step 1

Measure the track/poll width Pole - Exclude the finials Track - Full track.

Step 2

Measure the finish drop - The finish length is from the very top of the finished curtain to the bottom hem.
