As these treatments are processed by a 3rd party company, please allow 2-4 weeks for us to send the fabric and for it to be returned back to us.

Fabric samples will be sent out within 48 working hours.

We are happy to supply as many samples as customers want. All samples are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, this service will not be tracked and may take upto 7 working days. Samples will be resent after 8 working days should they not arrive. Samples are non refundable. Should you require a faster service select the Expedited option at the checkout.

Jumbo fabric samples will be charged accordingly, usually the size is 135cm x 20cm. You can choose the delivery service at the checkout.

Our standard delivery charge is £10.99 applies to all Roman blind orders received, regardless of quantity and applies to deliveries made within the UK.

Should you order a Roman blind more than 140cm wide, we will send with a specialist courier to deliver so contact us before ordering as this will be an extra charge.

Customers living outside the UK can order bespoke Roman blinds directly online and the shipping costs to their particular country will be automatically calculated and added to their basket. This will enable quick checkout & payment.
